We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business.
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of ABC's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by ABC about our Website users is among the assets transferred.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can manage your cookie choices at any time through our cookie consent banner and cookie preference center, which allow you to accept, decline, or withdraw consent to non-essential cookies by category. You can also set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
- Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out by clicking the relevant hyperlink in any communication sent by the Company or by sending us an email stating your request to opt-out@abc-companies.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience, or other transactions.
We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website and from participating members of the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") at optout.aboutads.info.
- Cookie Consent Banner and Preference Center. When you first visit our Website, we present a cookie consent banner that lets you accept, decline, or manage non-essential cookies (such as functional and performance cookies) by category. Essential cookies necessary for the Website to function are always active. You can reopen the cookie preference center at any time through the persistent "Cookie Settings" link on our Website to update or withdraw your selections.
- No Sale or Sharing; No Targeted Advertising. ABC does not sell or share your personal information, and does not use third-party advertising or analytics technologies to engage in cross-context behavioral advertising (also called targeted advertising) or profiling. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, and no opt-out of sale or sharing is required. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide the opt-out mechanisms required by law, including honoring opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain each category of personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, to comply with tax, accounting, warranty, or other legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements). When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete, de-identify, or aggregate it. The specific retention periods, or the criteria used to determine those periods, for each category of personal information we collect are described in our Privacy Notice for California Residents.
Do Not Track and Cross-Site Tracking Disclosures
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics technologies to track you across other websites over time, and we do not authorize third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities across different websites through our Website.
Your State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside, state privacy laws may give you additional rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to:
- Know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it;
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions;
- Obtain a portable copy of your personal information;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of processing for targeted advertising and certain profiling (where a business engages in those activities); and
- Limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information.
ABC does not sell or share personal information, does not process personal information for targeted advertising or profiling, and does not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger a right to limit. As a result, no opt-out of sale/sharing or "limit" mechanism is currently offered. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of these rights.
California residents. If you are a California resident, please see our Privacy Notice for California Residents for a full description of your CCPA rights — including your rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information — and how to exercise them. As noted above, ABC does not sell or share personal information, so no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out is offered. California's "Shine the Light" law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83) also permits California residents to request information about our disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; to make such a request, contact us using the information below.
Residents of other states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana). To exercise any of the rights above, submit a request using one of the methods in the "Contact Information" section below. You do not need to create an account to submit a request. We will verify your request using commercially reasonable methods before responding, and we will respond within the time period required by applicable law. Where required by law, if we decline to act on your request you may appeal our decision by contacting us at the address below; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General to submit a complaint.
To exercise your rights, you may call us at 1-800-222-2871 or email us at opt-out@abc-companies.com. You do not need to create an account or complete an online form to submit a request.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account or through a notice on the Website home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Website and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
